Herbert Noack, CPA, President - Herb is a partner in the CPA firm of Turner, Dennis, & Noack, P.C. in Houston, Texas. He holds a BBA degree from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. As Board President, he also serves as an ex officio member of the LFOT Investment Committee. He is a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Tomball, Texas.
Michael D. Ratke, Vice President - Mike is proprietor of Michael Ratke & Associates, an agricultural and financial consulting firm in Farwell, Texas. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of the Farwell Banking Center of Muleshoe State Bank, Muleshoe, Texas. He holds a BS degree in Management and an MBA degree in Economics and Finance from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, Weatherford, Oklahoma. He is a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Farwell, Texas.
Roland Wawrzyniak, CPA, CFP, CSA, Secretary - Roland is Owner of Roland Wawrzyniak, Inc. in Austin, an accounting firm he has operated for 21 years. He previously was employed as Tax Manager for Blue Cross Blue Shield. Both a CPA and CFP, he earned a BBA in Finance and a master's degree in Accounting and Taxation, both from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. He also is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Austin.
Roland L. Gerth, Jr., CFP, Treasurer - Roland is retired Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Commercial Bank of Texas, N.A. in Lufkin, Texas. He currently assists in managing a family-owned business in Lufkin. A CFP, Roland earned a BBA degree from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. As part of his Board duties, he chairs the LFOT Investment Committee. Roland is a member of First Lutheran Church in Lufkin, Texas.
Rev. Dr. Mark J. Dankis - Dr. Dankis serves as the pastoral representative on the LFOT Board of Directors. He holds a BS degree from Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana, a MDiv degree from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri, and a DMin degree from Fuller Seminary, Pasadena, California. Dr. Dankis is pastor of King of Kings Lutheran Church in Round Rock, Texas.
Nancy Kurio - Nancy is a retired teacher who received a BS in Education from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and completed the Colloquy at Concordia University in Austin. A member of Redeemer, Austin, Nancy taught at Redeemer Lutheran School for 17 years after teaching in public schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Jennifer Moore, CFP, ChFC, FPA - Jennifer is an independent advisor with AIG Financial Advisors in Beaumont. She is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University and is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, and a member of the Financial Planning Association. Jennifer and her husband are members of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Beaumont.
Richard A. Tesauro - Dick is President and Owner of Tesauro Management Counselors, Inc., which was founded in 1991. He previously served as a management consulting partner with Ernst & Young, LLP and as an executive with Bundy Corporation and General Motors Corporation. He holds BSBA and MBA degrees from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. He is a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Dallas, Texas.
Keith Weiser - Keith is President of Westwin, an independent oil and gas company in Midland. He previously was employed with Atlantic Richfield Company for 20 years, and served as President of ARCO Permian from 1998 through 2001. He holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Midland.
